All of the properties we acquire have strong value-add characteristics that allow us to reposition the asset through capital improvements, renovations to both exteriors and interiors, improvements in operations, decreasing expenses, and improvements to marketing.
In-House Property Managent
With our in-house property management company, we are able to operate each asset free of onsite management which gives us full control and allows us to effectively implement the property’s business plan immediately upon acquisition.
A team approach to Due Diligence
